Rodda and Sons Landscapes, Inc. is a second generation, family-owned, full service landscape design/build business serving the Seattle/King County area since 1937. We are located just south of Seattle in the SeaTac/Burien area.

Rodda and Sons contractors specialize in the design and installation of residential and small commercial landscapes in Seattle, Bellevue, and south King County. Our foremen and design staff have a combined total of 130 years of landscape experience. Our designers enjoy working with our customers to create outdoor living spaces and gardens that reflect their lifestyles, from formal to informal and low maintenance to active gardening.

History: Rodda and Sons Landscapes was started in Burien, WA by Stewart Rodda in 1937. Barry Rodda, the current owner, and his brother, Foster, grew up working with their father in the family landscape business. When Stewart retired in 1973, they continued Rodda and Sons as a partnership. In 1976, Foster and his family moved to the Ocean Shores area and continue to landscape there as Rodda & Sons West, LLC, leaving Barry and his wife, Jan, to carry on the family business in Seattle and the surrounding communities of Burien, Tukwila, Des Moines, Bellevue, West Seattle, Federal Way, SeaTac, and Kent.
